When you go over the links at the top of the page, it like sparkles and there is a picture above it that highlights so that you can see the picture better. Its hard to explain so you might just want to look at it.

This navigation system has a drop down menu when you go over the links at the top so you can get to the exact page you want to.

I think for my page I am going to have one that changes colors when I go over mine.
